How to change a member’s status from Pending to Active
When a member is first added to your account, the status on their member’s card is Pending. The Pending status means that the member has not responded to an email that was sent to them when you added them to your account. As the Account Admin or Group Leader, you can change a member’s status from Pending to Active. To change the status, follow these directions.
- From your dashboard, tap on the People card.
- In the People section, tap on the member’s card you want to change to Active.
- On the left side of the screen under Actions, tap Activate this User. The member’s status will change from Pending to Active.
